The three images shown here have all been reported four times. The first three were marked Invalid and the fourth ones have not come back yet. The reports included the information I include in the message.
I've sent the following message 2 times to the Help Desk with no response, waiting a over a week before the second message. It has also been sent twice to $
realitysquared who has read both messages and never responded.

Hi there - I noted the helpdesk about this but it's been a week+ with no response so I think it might have been lost.
I'm having trouble with two of the policies regarding minors in artwork.
I have reviewed both FAQ#248 and FAQ#249 as well as your journal regarding erotica and minors (
[link]) and believe I am correctly reporting the below deviations:

I believe these to be against policy because they all depict a character known as "Kim Possible". In her original context she is 16 years old (a minor by US standards). This information comes from her being a high school student in her show as well as a wiki regarding her age (
[link])#Age)
I have included links to the FAQ and wiki in my reports but they have been coming back marked as Invalid. I am hoping that either this mistake can be rectified or someone can explain why these do not fall under the policies of underage characters. Here are links to the reports:

either write your policies and uphold them, or just be honest that you don't give a rats ass and don't dick us around pretending like you do.

what really pisses me off is there is NO transparency for the help desk. I'm very certain someone has read my two notes, but I have no way to know who it is and who is ignoring me.

The real problem here is what you've so neatly exposed, the help desk's total lack of accountability. Who watches the watchmen?

Rip your collar from your neck...even if it tears out your spine...even if it breaks your hands...even if it kills you.
These images are easily not sexually explicit, so that rules out the "sexual work" part of the definition.
As far as erotic? You'd have to ask the admins if sexy clothes counts as erotic. None of the images above show any actual nudity, and Kim doesn't appear to be engaged in any lascivious activity.
If it was me making the call, I'd rule them as safe, even though it's pushing against the boundary.

specifically these ones:
FAQ #248: Are there restrictions on artworks showing children or teenagers (fictional or otherwise)?
FAQ #249: Are there restrictions on photographs of teenagers or children?
